This describes how Avalee Coast Corp dba Rangers Property Management handles information collected through this website. It is a plain-language summary, not a legal certification.
What we collect
When you submit the property evaluation form we receive whatever you choose to provide: name, phone, email, property address, property type or unit count, what you need help with, your message, and how you heard about us. We also record which page the form was submitted from so we know where the enquiry came from. Only your name and one contact method are required.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your enquiry and to discuss property management services. We may pass it into the customer relationship system we use to track owner enquiries. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to California real estate brokers. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@rangerspm.com, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to work and to understand how visitors use it. Our website host sets a cookie to serve the site, and a security check from Cloudflare helps keep automated spam out of our evaluation form.
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how the website is used: which pages people visit, how they found us, their device and browser type, their general location, and whether they submit the evaluation form, call us, or open an owner or tenant login. Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_6D4T1LWK8P, which last up to two years. We keep this information for 14 months.
We use it only to understand and improve our website. We do not use it for advertising, we have turned off Google's advertising features, and we do not sell or share it.
Your privacy choices
You can turn off analytics on this website at any time with the button below. Your choice is saved in this browser. We also honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends that signal, analytics does not load.

If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and ask us to correct it. We do not sell or share personal information. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access- controlled systems. No system is perfect; we do not claim otherwise.
