About Rangers

Rangers Property Management is owned and run by two licensed California real estate brokers, John Chace and James Stinnett. They stay involved in managing every property, all to the same standard, from 191 North Orange Street, Suite 200, Orange, CA 92866.

When a decision about your property comes up, such as a repair estimate, a notice or a renewal, John or James makes it, and you can reach either of them directly. They don't split owners between them, so every property gets the same systems and the same experience. We focus on Orange County and greater Long Beach by choice, because staying close to the properties keeps that standard intact.

Rangers was founded in 2018. Our management agreements are attorney-created and backed by the California Association of Realtors. The company is a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, which includes an attorney hotline six days a week. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity company.

We currently manage 160+ doors across Orange County and greater Long Beach.
