Rangers is based at 191 North Orange Street, Suite 200, Orange, CA 92866. The two brokers who own the company stay involved in every property, and we focus on Orange County and greater Long Beach so we stay close enough to see properties in person.

We set rent using active listings, recent MLS leases and rental-estimate tools, then adjust based on how the market responds.
California compliance
State rules on notices, deposits, just-cause evictions and rent caps apply here, and some cities add their own. Our agreements are attorney-created and backed by the California Association of Realtors.
