Here is every fee an owner could pay Rangers, in one place, before you call.

Lease renewal$0Renewing a current tenant's lease costs nothing.
Setup$0No account setup charge.
Cancellation$0No cancellation fee. We ask for 30 days' written notice.
Maintenance markupNoneYou receive the vendor invoice as issued. We do not add a percentage to repairs.
Court appearance$100Only for a tenant Rangers did not place.
Large-project management5%On the amount above $7,500, applied case by case. Routine work between tenants usually doesn't trigger it.
Out-of-state owner filing$25Per quarterly filing, for owners who live outside California.
